Full product story · How it works

Built for how service businesses actually run.

Same product whether you’re on your own or coordinating a larger crew — you grow with seats, not locked modules.

Sole traders

You’re the brand, the van, and the inbox.

One place for the customer who called, the job you promised, and the invoice that still needs sending — without juggling three apps before lunch.

Growing crews

Work is shared. Visibility shouldn’t be a scavenger hunt.

When a handful of people touch customers and jobs, you need clear ownership and status — not another hub to unlock before anyone can invoice.

Built for your kind of work.

Transit isn’t “CRM for everyone.” It’s for operators who sell and deliver service.

Explore use cases

Trades & field service

Plumbers, HVAC, electricians, detailers — capture the call, quote on site, invoice before you leave the driveway.

Agencies & consultants

Retainers, proposals, and renewals in one board so clients aren’t trapped in someone’s personal inbox.

Salons & personal services

Know the regular, the last visit, and the open balance — without a second spreadsheet for “VIP notes.”

B2B services & small dealerships

Companies with nested contacts, multi-step deals, and contracts that stay attached to the opportunity.

What Transit helps you do.

Outcomes you can feel in a working day.

  1. 01

Relationships that stay attached to the work

Customers and contacts live next to the jobs you actually run.

  2. 02

A pipeline you can trust when the phone rings

See where deals and jobs stand without digging through chats.

  3. 03

    Quotes, invoices, and getting paid

Guided Stripe Connect in Settings → Payments — often collecting the same day. Transit takes 0% (Stripe’s fees still apply).

  4. 04

Contracts, tickets, and light marketing — included

E-sign agreements, renewals, lead forms, and campaigns on every plan.

Piper does the CRM work — with guardrails.

Ask her in natural language. She can find, create, update, move stages, finish quote→invoice→payment, manage files, and teach the product — the same loop a human runs, with write policies and Apply confirmation on high-risk actions.

Why teams pick Transit over the usual suspects.

Honest differentiation — no invented competitor scores.

Vs hub-stacked platforms

Transit ships the full product on every plan. You grow with seats — not by unlocking Marketing Hub before anyone can send a quote.

Vs pipeline-only CRMs

Deals matter — and so do invoices, contracts, tickets, and files. The money loop lives in the same system as the board.

Vs bolted-on AI chatbots

Piper runs the same CRM work a human can: create, update, move stages, finish quote→invoice→payment — with confirmations on risky steps. Included, not a separate SKU.

Serious about your customers’ data.

Service businesses trust us with relationships. We build for that responsibility.

Your workspace, isolated

Tenant data is scoped to your account. Other customers don’t see your records.

Cards never touch our servers

Subscriptions use hosted Stripe Checkout. We don’t store card numbers.

Signed-in by default

Product access requires authentication. Sensitive billing actions leave an audit trail.

Questions operators actually ask.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The 30-day trial is the full product. You create the account on this site, then open the app and start the walkthrough.
Is Solo a cut-down starter?
No. Solo is the full product for one seat. Plans differ by seats and soft limits — records, storage, and Piper requests — not by locking quotes, invoices, or campaigns.
Who is Transit not for?
Enterprises shopping multi-hub suites, and teams that only need a form builder. If you want the whole CRM without unlocking a new hub to invoice, you’re in the right place.
Is Piper a paid add-on?
No. Piper is included on every plan and the trial. Soft request meters apply so usage stays fair — it’s not a separate AI SKU.
What can Piper actually do in the CRM?
Essentially everything a signed-in human can: find records, create and update companies and contacts, move deals, build quotes, convert to invoices, record payments, manage files, and teach the product — with write policies and Apply confirmation on high-risk actions.
Do you take a cut of customer payments?
Transit takes 0% platform fee on customer payments collected through the product. Your payment processor’s fees still apply (e.g. Stripe).
How fast can I collect card payments?
Connect Stripe from Settings → Payments (guided Express onboarding). Many teams collect the same day once Stripe KYC finishes — KYC can take longer in some cases. You can also record Venmo, Cash App, cash, and check.
Can I bring Square, PayPal, or my existing Stripe account?
Card pay links inside Transit use Stripe Connect today. Linking the Stripe account you already use and syncing other processors is on our roadmap — offline methods are recordable now.
Can I start solo and add people later?
Yes. Solo is the full product for one seat. Add seats anytime ($10/mo each) or move to Team, Business, or Scale when the crew grows.

Simple pricing. Full product.

Solo from $19/mo. Annual includes two months free. Extra seats $10/mo — not a feature gate.
